Clark Station is a rural 18' wide road connecting to US60. ITE predicts an additional 2,500+ additional vehicle trips a day created by this development.

There is an intermittent stream running through the middle of the property with a 50'+ elevation gain on either side. Due to the steep slopes, this stream will be at high risk if EPSC measures are not followed perfectly. The same is true of Hobbs Creek to the north.

Additionally, the 151 houses on the west side of the property would be at the mercy of the single access point crossing the stream.
