No Primary Concerns

  1. Metro Louisville Land Development Code's Floyds Fork Development Review Overlay's intent is to encourage the use of land along Floyds Fork for recreational and agricultural purposes. This development is directly in alignment with the intent of the DRO and should be promoted and approved.  
  2. This design uses bio swales for majority of parking lot water runoff. 
  3. Water runoff generated from the building will go under the parking lot through a sand filtration before leaching into the intermittent stream
