Condition of Approval?

The Condition of Approval for Curry Farms involved constructing a left turn lane westbound Aiken Rd to Johnson Rd prior to the recording of the 91st lot. 

As of March 2025 they have recorded 170 lots and no turn lane exists.  

The developer says they will put in a round-about prior to recording the 330th lot of the development across the street. That will be around 2031 and depends upon many external factors. 

This COA was approved by the Planning Commission and was changed with no public notice and no amendment to the plans.
